Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical education required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervision in industrial environments.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration and food processing equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and provide training and guidance.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Plan and delegate tasks to meet production targets.
• Analyze issues and lead problem-solving for equipment malfunctions.
• Enforce safety, quality, and food safety policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions with HR.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and incidents timely.
• Be available for weekends, overtime, and emergencies as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and industry standards.
