Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance department in a manufacturing role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the needs of the Maintenance department.
• Manage daily contractor needs and scheduling.
• Oversee the output of MBCI’s CMMS system and reporting.
• Manage inventory control and spare parts crib.
