Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor (second shift) to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment. You will coordinate maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and ensure compliance with food-safety, quality, and workplace-safety standards.

You will maintain work-order and equipment records, manage materials and supplies, and apply strong troubleshooting and organizational skills to minimize downtime and support

Qualifications
