Job summary

RHO Residential LLC is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Marlton, NJ to support the Maintenance Manager in sustaining a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years in property maintenance with 1 year supervisory experience preferred, and skills in basic plumbing/electrical tasks, MS Office, and service-request software. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; fluency in reading and writing English.
• 2–3 years in property management maintenance; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair basic plumbing and electrical (license not required).
• Experience with online service requests software and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's physical condition per safety standards.
• Process service requests and repairs promptly and accurately.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in organizing service requests and tasks.
• Assist with turn-key operations and rent-ready units.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools; purchase as needed.
• Prepare staffing schedules within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to reduce emergencies.
• Adhere to safety programs and promote safe practices.
• Maintain all grounds and exteriors in neat condition.
• Snow removal of sidewalks and entrances.
• Be punctual and reliable.
