Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. in Vandalia, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to drive lean initiatives, improve equipment reliability, and partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to support Manufacturing Excellence.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage preventive and predictive programs, and coordinate with OEMs and vendors to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Bias for action with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to develop people.
• Experience with maintenance planning and KPIs.
• Green Belt or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support lean production projects to drive world-class results.
• Oversee maintenance staff to ensure top equipment condition.
• Coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance and line upgrades.
• Track maintenance KPIs and communicate with leadership.
• Interface with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for parts and support.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental policies.
