Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Vandalia, OH, to drive lean maintenance initiatives, improve equipment reliability, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams. This role focuses on leading cross‑functional improvements in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

You will manage maintenance activities, develop the team, and ensure safe, reliable plant operations with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role with manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Proficiency with SAP, CMMS, Excel, Word/Access and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental policy compliance.
• Oversee maintenance programs and PM activities.
• Lead line upgrades and new machine installations.
• Drive maintenance KPI tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for spares and parts.
• Manage equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
• Communicate with plant leadership and maintenance staff daily.
