Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Lebanon County is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Technician to execute maintenance tasks, lead a team, and ensure operational excellence. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and an understanding of safety guidelines. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance/facilities experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of ISO and cGMP.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work orders and employee activities.
• Lead, coach, and train Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure clean and safe workspaces.
