Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance across buildings, manage technicians, and ensure timely repairs. You will coordinate emergencies, inspect properties, and supervise staff to maintain property standards and safety. Strong communication, licensing, and on-call availability are required.

The role offers full-time schedule with 8:30am–5:00pm hours, plus on-call responsibilities and benefits as part of our team at CRM Residential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum education.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with boilers or appliance repair/diagnostics preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed in at least one building trade (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, fire protection or mechanical).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• On-call availability for nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Schedule: FullTime 8:30am-5:00pm, on-call required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise preventive maintenance to preserve and upkeep buildings and equipment.
• Provide coverage for emergencies and coordinate absences with Community Manager.
• Inspect buildings and grounds and report deficiencies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide direction.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and public areas for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Review staff performance and coordinate training as needed.
• Manage maintenance shop, tools, and vehicles.
• Attend bids and coordinate with contractors; ensure timely work orders.
