Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Sioux Center, IA. You will manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team, plan and execute maintenance activities, and champion safe work practices to keep production running at peak efficiency.

You will own preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and coordinate rebuilds or replacements to minimize downtime while driving reliability across plant operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline or equivalent technical education.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Troubleshooting ability and knowledge of production, mechanicals, and electrical equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
