Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive operational excellence across shifts. You will lead a technical team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safe, compliant work practices while maintaining productivity. Relocation assistance is available.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, and SAP/AMM familiarity. You will manage labor costs, oversee work orders in SAP, and promote safety and quality across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience with utilities, facilities, or production equipment maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role coaching and team development.
• CMRP certification or direct maintenance planning/supervision experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership and planning abilities.
• Experience with SAP or AMM is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, productive environment where associates can contribute and be valued.
• Train and develop associates, provide coaching and feedback.
• Provide information and resources to help the team solve problems and make decisions.
• Lead team meetings and document incidents requiring disciplinary action.
• Schedule staff using Kronos and manage maintenance requests.
• Reduce downtime by addressing equipment issues and reviewing critical processes.
• Monitor equipment trends to minimize downtime and improve operations.
• Propose and track KPIs per Best Maintenance Practices.
• Advance maintenance activities to minimize planned/unplanned downtime.
• Support site operations as needed.
