Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Riverstation in Dallas, TX. You will oversee property upkeep and lead the maintenance team to ensure quality living spaces.

Responsibilities include directing staff, handling repairs, preventative maintenance, preparing vacant units, and maintaining safety. Requires 3-5 years in maintenance plus strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills; HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred; valid license may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience with leadership potential.
• Advanced carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Monitor property for repairs or replacements and complete work requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents and maintain a safe work environment.
• Occasional on-call duties.
