Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a growing manufacturing organization in Connecticut. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, and ensure production equipment operates safely and reliably.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or facilities management.
5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team and coordinate activities.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Maintain production equipment and facility systems.
Manage CMMS and spare parts inventory.
Ensure OSHA safety compliance.
