Job summary

GL Partners Management (GLPM) seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a Green Leaf Lofts community in Glenwood Springs. You will oversee onsite personnel and ensure the property meets top operational and aesthetic standards.

You will manage the maintenance pipeline, preventative programs, and safety protocols while partnering with Community Management to drive resident satisfaction and team accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior maintenance leader in multifamily housing.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance systems.
• Valid driver’s license; HVAC certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality service and repairs.
• Oversee unit turns, inspections, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs with precision.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, budgets, and operational supplies responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Partner with Community Management to support resident satisfaction and team collaboration.
