Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years industrial maintenance experience in assembly or machining operations.
• Basic computer skills (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets).
• SAP knowledge/experience preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing maintenance processes (machinery, carpentry, electrical).
• Strong electrical background preferred.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with diverse personnel.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Fluent in English and area language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the effective utilization of team member skills for maintenance of plant equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Developing, training and motivating team members to achieve maximum efficiency and morale.
• Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs.
• Reviewing operational schedules and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Supervising off-hour emergency response to repair equipment and stabilize damages.
• Maintaining awareness of plant maintenance policies and procedures and ensuring adherence.
• Interviews, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; budget duties.
