Job summary

Briggs & Stratton in Auburn, AL seeks a Supervisor Maintenance to lead a team responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment, buildings and grounds. You will coordinate team skills, train and motivate staff, and ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years industrial maintenance experience in assembly or machining operations.
• Basic computer skills (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets).
• SAP knowledge/experience preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing maintenance processes (machinery, carpentry, electrical).
• Strong electrical background preferred.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with diverse personnel.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Fluent in English and area language.

As a Supervisor Maintenance your goal is to supervise and coordinate the activities of team members with regard to construction, modification and maintenance of equipment, building and grounds. #LI-MD1 #LI-Onsite

You will do this by:
