Job summary

Dunbarton Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, ensuring safe operation, timely repairs, and continuous improvement of equipment and plant systems. You will implement preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with other departments to maximize production quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, knowledge of PLCs, CMMS, and coordination with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of machine maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Two+ years of supervision experience
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen training preferred
• OSHA safety knowledge or certification preferred
• Maintenance budgeting and capital planning experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance Department and align with company goals
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and policy communication
• Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs
• Monitor spare parts inventory and capital requests
• Ensure safety programs and compliance across the team
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime
• Support lean initiatives and Kaizen projects
• Maintain strong interdepartmental communication
