Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a new Mocksville, NC facility. You will lead maintenance operations to keep production safe, compliant, and productive, with a focus on injection molded plastics machinery experience preferred.

You will train staff, manage a maintenance team, oversee PM programs, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and control systems, and drive continuous improvements through data analysis and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision with electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and blueprints.
Experience with PLCs, motors, pumps and control systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a maintenance team.
Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations to ensure safe, high-quality production.
Supervise associates and enforce company policies and quality standards.
Train staff on production processes, procedures, and quality controls.
Maintain safety and quality programs within the facility.
Monitor plant equipment, diagnose issues, and minimize non-conformance.
Prepare reports and analyze data to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Prioritize work orders and assist with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to PM schedule and source spare parts as needed.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to root causes.
Collaborate with support groups to acquire necessary resources.
