Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree; certifications in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience and 2+ years in frontline management.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, facility systems, pumps, valves, control systems, instrumentation and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support maintenance technicians, including performance management and skill development.
• Review and prioritize daily work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues; assist technicians as needed.
• Plan downtime with operations leadership to minimize production disruption.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and reduce costs.
• Lead root-cause analysis for equipment failures and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and team schedules.
• Support onboarding and training for new technicians and cultivate a safety culture.
