Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Los Altos Towers in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead a maintenance team to keep the community safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents and guests, coordinating service requests, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.

You will supervise scheduling and training, ensure safety compliance, manage records and vendor coordination, and participate in on-call emergencies as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in building/facilities maintenance with supervision experience.
• HVAC certification and/or trade certifications in electrical or plumbing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance staff.
• Coordinate service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready operations for vacant units.
• Perform and supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and grounds for maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
• Support grounds and exterior maintenance for appearance.
• Attend on-call duties and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
