Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our properties. You will oversee daily tasks, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, plus supervisory experience. A strong focus on safety, tool handling, and coordinating with vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing and recommending for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Provide 24-hour response to service requests on-call.
