Rookwood Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for Walden Village near Beavercreek, Ohio. Lead the maintenance team, perform inspections, oversee repairs, and coordinate with the Property Manager to keep the community safe, attractive, and market-ready.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid maintenance background, and excellent communication, with on-site leadership and a focus on resident service and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or property maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with residential property management is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at Walden Village.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on major repairs and capital needs.
• Inspect buildings, common areas, and equipment for safety and readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure quality of contracted work.
