Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Supervisory experience is required for the Supervisor position.
• Strong knowledge of codes and regulations; excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance proof.
• HVAC certifications are REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance staff; delegate, supervise and direct department work.
• Perform hands-on maintenance to preserve property value (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, etc.).
• Ensure service requests are handled promptly and courteously.
• Manage inventory of vacant units; coordinate turns and inspect move-in quality.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and follow the PM program.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain grounds and common areas.
