Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and laundry plant in Fishers, Indiana. You will plan daily work for technicians, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and coordinate contractors to keep production running reliably and safely.

You will also schedule preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and reinforce safety and environmental standards while mentoring team members and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to coordinate external contractors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily work for technicians.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Coordinate outside contractors as needed.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage spare parts inventory.
