Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to keep our apartment communities in top condition and deliver exceptional resident service. You will supervise maintenance staff, plan daily work, and manage safety and budgets.

You will coordinate move-ins, perform preventive maintenance, and make capital improvement recommendations while ensuring timely responses to service requests and high-quality workmanship across properties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of typical apartment maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lead staff and interact professionally with residents.
• HVAC systems familiarity and ability to obtain CFC certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with staffing and scheduling.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking lots, exteriors, etc.
