Qualifications

• 2 years’ recent, verifiable working electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, including troubleshooting electrical failures.
• Understanding of industrial maintenance procedures, shutdowns, and best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew and maintain safety standards.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems across multiple voltages and phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance operations.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate maintenance team members performing electrical and mechanical work.
• Oversee installation, repair, fabrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate repairs using welder, cutting, grinding, and standard tools.
• Manage team assignments during production, breakdowns, and emergencies.
