Sierra Pacific Industries in Red Bluff, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical and mechanical maintenance teams in our Windows division, a major manufacturer with facilities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ recent, verifiable working electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical components in industrial environments
• Understanding of maintenance operating procedures and shutdowns
• Ability to address preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a crew
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to policies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in demanding situations

Responsibilities

• Assure safe workplace practices and promote safety awareness
• Lead and coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance operations
• Supervise, train, and coordinate maintenance team members
• Oversee installation, repair, fabrication, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
• Support electrical work including conduit installation and wiring
• Coordinate repairs using welding, cutting, grinding and tools
• Manage team assignments during production, breakdowns, and emergencies
• Approve timecards and support cross-training
