Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in the multifamily industry with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stay calm in high-energy and emergency environments.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook); Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance work.
• Mentor team members, develop new maintenance techniques, and coordinate with outside vendors.
• Perform daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers.
• Support asset preservation objectives and ensure high quality workmanship.
