Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance and repair at our Russellville Commons community in Portland, OR. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage resident service requests, and ensure preventive maintenance is performed efficiently.

The role requires at least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience, with a background in managing properties with 150+ units and proficiency across trades.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance.
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff.
• Managing system for handling resident service requests.
• Coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling personnel.
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintaining records regarding preventive maintenance and expenditures.
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance.
