JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the community's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

• Unit Count: 140
• Property Type: Mid-Rise; Stabilized
• Work Schedule: M-F, 9 am - 6 pm; on-call for after-hours emergencies
• Qualifications: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in property management; familiarity with Yardi and Leo systems is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing issues, making repairs, and following safety and code standards.
• Managing the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring quality completion of work.
• Maintaining community standards for cleanliness and appearance across grounds, amenities, and buildings.
• Inspecting work performed by staff and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Managing inventory of supplies and materials within budget constraints.
• Performing preventive maintenance as per policies and procedures.
• Supporting cost-saving initiatives and practicing resource efficiency.
• Conducting safety meetings, ensuring OSHA compliance, and maintaining safety documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly and respectfully to residents and team inquiries.

The hourly rate for this position is $29.00-$36.00 (Oakland).

Additional Compensation:

In addition to base pay, eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses based on performance, with variations for corporate or onsite roles.
