Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Mocksville, NC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a new facility. Injection molded plastics machinery experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience supervising maintenance with electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams and blueprints.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership and clear communication in a maintenance team.
• Experience with CMMS is beneficial.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; enforce company policies and records.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage parts sourcing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Review equipment performance and implement improvements.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support groups to secure resources.
