Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
• Support make ready work and help prepare vacant units for new move-in.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repair tasks as assigned.
• Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community.
• Work closely with property management and maintenance staff to prioritize daily work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service while completing maintenance tasks.
• Assist with general property upkeep and additional maintenance support as needed.

Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Hire Priority Staffing is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily apartment community in the North Austin area. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hands‑on maintenance professional who can respond to service requests, support unit turns, and help keep the community clean, functional, and -ready. We are looking for someone with strong apartment maintenance experience who can troubleshoot issues efficiently, work well with and team members, and deliver quality service in a fast-paced property environment.

Job Details:

• Pay:$25 - $28 per hour
• Position Type:Full-Time / Temp / Temp-to-Hire
• Location: North Austin, TX 78754
• Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ On-call availability required

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
