Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead and coordinate daily activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal plant performance. You will plan parts, scope of work, and supervise both internal teams and contractors.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a heavy industrial setting.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance records.

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.

Plan,identifyand order parts, create scope of work to quote with contractors,coordinateand supervise contractors.

Prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work to minimize downtime.

Coach, support, and develop maintenance team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Partnerwith operations teams toidentifyand resolve equipment issues and improve plant efficiency.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.

Minimum three (3) years of experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, power generation, oil & gas, or similar industrial environment.

Proven capability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive maintenance activities that support operational goals.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams.

Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable, high-quality results.

Computer skills,conduct professionalemailcommunications, use of Microsoft Office, SAP PM,AutoCAD,knows andunderstandshow to read mechanical& hydraulicdiagrams& blueprints.

Primarily works in a plant or heavy industrial environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and vibration.

Requires walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, and conducting inspections throughout the facility.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) isrequired.

May berequiredto work extended hours, weekends, or respond to operationalneedsas necessary.
