Job summary

Sares Regis Group Residential in Marina Del Rey, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I for Tribeca Urban. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with responsibilities supervising staff and outside contractors for building and ground upkeep.

The role requires 2+ years in property management supervision, experience in multiple trades, and strong communication and computer skills. Benefits include medical, rental discounts, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors and submit to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specs.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need, equipment, and type; study production schedules and estimate worker hours.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the crew.
• Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
• Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned.
