Job summary

Parks and Recreation/Cacapon Resort State Park in West Virginia seeks an assistant supervisor for the Building Maintenance Department. You will plan and schedule projects, assign the workforce, supervise tasks, and report progress to the Building Maintenance Supervisor 2.

The role requires strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, boilers, and related equipment; reading blueprints; and using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance or construction work experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans is required.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency repair calls after hours, weekends, and holidays.
