This role involves overseeing the physical maintenance of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, while supervising a team.

A day in the life of a Maintenance Supervisor includes:

• Collaborating with the team to maintain and improve the community
• Walking the community to ensure all areas are well-kept, including light groundskeeping
• Inspecting and repairing units to meet high standards for new tenants
