Nxt Property Management is looking for someone to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves hands-on management of the physical aspects of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, while supervising your team.

A typical day includes:

• Collaborating with the team to maintain and improve the community
• Walking the community to oversee all areas, including light groundskeeping
• Working in residents' homes to fix issues or preparing vacant units to meet high standards for new tenants

Minimum requirements:

• Positive attitude and success-oriented mindset
• Proven leadership skills
• Attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Superior customer service skills, including managing difficult situations
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Preferred qualifications (training available):

• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, wall repair, appliance repair, and groundskeeping
• At least 6 months of maintenance experience
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience
