Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Hannibal, MO operation. You will oversee reliability and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and mobile equipment to improve uptime and production efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and collaboration with planners, inspectors, and production teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in heavy industrial maintenance, solid mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance or education equivalency.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate with planners and production.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safety of all crew members and adherence to plant safety regulations.
• Initiate work orders and supervise maintenance tasks for reliability improvement.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, plan major maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and planners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and KPI tracking for maintenance.
