Job summary

Harsco Environmental in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team responsible for repair and preventive maintenance of diverse equipment in a fast-paced plant environment. You will supervise, schedule, and guide both internal staff and vendors, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive maintenance initiatives to maximize uptime and reliability.

The role requires strong communication, a focus on safety, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in heavy mobile equipment, static processing or similar environments.
• Experience supervising a fast-paced, customer-oriented service team.
• Ability to lead maintenance planning and coordinate with internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff in repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in line with plant schedules.
• Provide leadership to maintenance crew and subcontractors; diagnose and troubleshoot when needed.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term maintenance plans; create scopes of work for major repairs.
