Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Fortune 500 manufacturing client at the Austin, MN facility. You will lead maintenance operations, supervise skilled trades, manage preventive maintenance, and drive reliability and energy efficiency across plant systems.

You will partner with plant leadership, vendors, and contractors to support projects while ensuring safety and compliance. Growth opportunities exist into the Maintenance Engineer role, with two shift options and

Qualifications

3 years Maintenance Supervisory experience.
Strong leadership qualities; able to manage teams effectively as a collaborative leader.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in cold and warm environments.
Must be comfortable working around pork and meat product processing; requires technical education.
Previous food manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations at the Austin, MN facility and supervise skilled trades teams.
Manage preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives to reduce costs and improve energy efficiency.
Coordinate with plant leadership, vendors, and contractors for facility projects and safety compliance.
Utilize CMMS and CAD tools for maintenance planning and project execution.
