Job summary

The Williams Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our AR plant to oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, and lead maintenance efforts on high-speed packaging lines. This role offers upward mobility and a strong opportunity to advance to Maintenance Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and substantial food and/or beverage industry experience, with proven PLC troubleshooting skills and PM background.

Qualifications

• Degree required in a relevant field.
• Food and/or beverage industry experience preferred.
• High-speed packaging experience advantageous.
• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience beneficial.
• Preventative Maintenance background required.
• Opportunity to grow into Maintenance Manager role.
