Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance department personnel.
• Schedule and prioritize repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Inspect equipment for operational and safety compliance.
• Review production, maintenance, and quality reports.
• Order tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and maintenance documentation.
• Improve maintenance procedures to reduce downtime and operating costs.
• Partner with production, engineering, quality, and plant leadership teams to improve operations.
• Support equipment modifications and capital improvement projects.
• Assist with employee training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
