Greyhound Lines, Inc. in the United States seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Team and ensure repair, maintenance, and cleaning operations across our fleet. Availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required.

The role offers a leadership track with eligibility for an annual bonus of 10% and comprehensive benefits as described in the posting. You will oversee scheduling, safety checks, and mentor maintenance staff to keep our fleet reliable.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule operations to keep buses on time and in good condition.
• Coordinate repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
