Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family property in Fern Park, FL. This on-site role requires hands-on maintenance oversight, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with residents and staff.

You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance including pool and exterior systems, and supervise team members. EPA or CPO certification is a plus; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role or willingness to advance to one.
• Pool maintenance, groundskeeping, appliance maintenance tasks.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and provide residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
