Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily facilities operations in our communities. You will supervise a maintenance team, perform hands-on repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical), and oversee safety inspections to keep environments safe and welcoming for residents and staff.

The role involves coordinating preventative maintenance, managing logs, and supporting move-ins/move-outs.

Mansioni

• Supervise and support daily maintenance operations and team assignments
• Perform hands-on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical work
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Champion fire & life safety procedures and participate in safety committee efforts
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and regulatory standards
• Maintain tools, equipment inventory and maintenance logs
• Assist with painting, refurbishing and resident suite preparation
• Support move-ins, move-outs and vehicle maintenance
• Train team members on emergency procedures and safe chemical handling
• Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
• Assist with driving community vehicle as needed
