Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) Pearl Harbor NHG is seeking a working supervisor for the Maintenance Department. The role covers day-to-day maintenance, preventative work, alterations and repairs of NHG buildings and equipment, and coordination with the Maintenance Manager for guest and staff needs.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, scheduling and training, approving work orders, maintaining safety and compliance, and managing departmental budgets and inventory.

Qualifications

• One year of general maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Three years of general maintenance experience across trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel across interior and exterior tasks.
• Train and schedule staff; monitor quality and productivity; manage payroll data.
