Position Summary

Since 1969, our factory has been a cornerstone just eight miles west of Harrisburg. Situated at a transportation crossroads, it offers quick access to major cities like Baltimore, Boston, and New York. As the Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities), you’ll oversee your team's performing maintenance of plumbing, painting, HVAC, building, and grounds. As a vital member of our team, you’ll spearhead TPM programs, empower associates through engaging training on procedures, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and compliant working environment. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture by maintaining employee records related to time, attendance, training, and more, ultimately contributing to an engaged and high-performing team.

Schedule: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm EST (over-time and some weekend work expected)

• Supervise facilities personnel in performance in their work and procurement of parts and materials while ensuring all duties are performed safely, abiding by safety rules and policies.
• Ensure that all members of the maintenance department are properly trained in safety procedures and Total Quality Maintenance.
• Use a maintenance management system to look up parts, inventory, work orders, and view maintenance plans.
• Maintain maintenance shift report log and ensure accuracy and completion of all assigned work.
• Uphold hourly work requirements by designated zoned areas, conduct weekly meetings and record keeping.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
• 1+ years of people leadership experience

The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000.00 to $106,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
