Job summary

Qualserv Solutions LLC in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will drive uptime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

You will supervise electrical, mechanical, and controls maintenance, coordinate across shifts, and promote safety, accountability, and operational excellence while aligning maintenance with production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience (mechanical + electrical).
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• CMMS experience required; MaintainX preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities across shifts and coordinate support.
• Supervise technicians and facilities staff to uphold site standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC routers, presses, saws, and lasers.
• Support electrical systems and controls, motor drives, sensors, and safety circuits.
• Drive preventive maintenance and reliability improvements; manage work orders and parts in MaintainX.
• Coordinate vendors, critical spares, and maintenance cost control.
• Enforce safety practices including LOTO and machine guarding.
