A leading company in the manufacturing sector seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at the Dunkirk Plant. The role focuses on managing maintenance functions, scheduling, and training personnel while ensuring high product quality and efficiency. Candidates should possess a technical degree and relevant experience in maintenance planning and troubleshooting, along with strong computer and interpersonal skills.
Summary: Plan, organize, manage, and schedule all facilities and personnel at the Dunkirk Plant during the assigned shift, with an emphasis on maintenance and proper equipment operation.
The incumbent is responsible for organizing, planning, supervising, and scheduling all facilities during their shift, as well as motivating and controlling all employees. They must optimize the use of materials, machinery, and manpower in a variable environment.
Requires a two-year technical or industrial maintenance degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years in maintenance planning, reliability, CMMS, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Courses in Maintenance Planning and RCM are desirable.
Frequent movement around facilities, ability to detect unsafe conditions, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work environment includes indoor and outdoor conditions, requiring PPE. Reasonable accommodations are available.
The company may assign other duties. Relocation is authorized. Compensation ranges from $81,900 USD, with bonuses, paid time off, holidays, and benefits including health and 401(k). Must be a U.S. Person for security reasons.
