Job summary

Investment Property Group in Minneapolis seeks a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join Greenway Apartments, a 196-unit conventional community in Downtown Minneapolis. You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to service requests, and supervise staff to keep units, common areas, and amenities safe and functional.

You will manage on-call rotation, coordinate repairs, and ensure preventative maintenance is performed while maintaining a high level of professionalism and resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimally 1+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at a multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster resident relationships and collaborate with team members.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Execute make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for new move-ins, coordinating vendors and inspecting work.
