Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, prepare schedules, coordinate work orders, and train staff
• Organize and prioritize service requests and repairs, maintaining proper records
• Oversee operations to ensure units are rent-ready, performing repairs, and managing quality
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and minor mechanical issues
• Inspect vacant units and coordinate repairs and make-ready efforts
• Perform groundskeeping duties, including trash removal, pressure washing, and landscaping
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a 24-hour basis as needed

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred
• At least three years of maintenance experience, with supervisory roles
• Licensing in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing is highly desirable
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English, basic math skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Computer skills for data entry, reports, and communication
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
