Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team, prepare schedules, coordinate work orders, and train staff
- Organize and prioritize service requests and repairs, maintaining proper records
- Oversee operations to ensure units are rent-ready, performing repairs, and managing quality
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and minor mechanical issues
- Inspect vacant units and coordinate repairs and make-ready efforts
- Perform groundskeeping duties, including trash removal, pressure washing, and landscaping
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a 24-hour basis as needed
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred
- At least three years of maintenance experience, with supervisory roles
- Licensing in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing is highly desirable
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English, basic math skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Computer skills for data entry, reports, and communication
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
